Andreea HAULBERT co-authored, together with Hermie DE VOER, immigration lawyer in the Netherlands, and Renuka CAVADINI, immigration lawyer in Switzerland, an article entitled “Citizenship by Descent: The Increasingly Travelled Highway of Global Migration”, published in Le Juriste International, the official journal of the (UIA).
The article examines citizenship by descent, with a particular focus on the French case, while placing it in a broader reflection on access to citizenship in the context of international migration.
