CAVADINI<\/strong>, immigration lawyer in Switzerland, an article entitled <strong><em>\u201cCitizenship by Descent: The Increasingly Travelled Highway of Global Migration\u201d<\/em>, <\/strong>published in<strong> <em>Le Juriste International<\/em>,<\/strong> the official journal of the (UIA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The article examines citizenship by descent, with a particular focus on the French case, while placing it in a broader reflection on access to citizenship in the context of international migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Le Juriste International<\/strong><\/em>, a trilingual quarterly journal (French, English, Spanish), is a global reference for practitioners and academics, providing a platform for reflection on major contemporary legal issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This publication highlights the value of dialogue between lawyers from different legal traditions and backgrounds, and the importance of a comparative approach to today\u2019s
