In 2006, our firm was selected by the DPM (the French Bureau of Population and Migration, under the French Department of Labor) to conduct a study on the status of seconded executives and professional trainees in France. The study was delivered in July 2006 and led to several meetings with ministerial representatives (DPM, DDTEFP [the local bureaus of Labor, Employment and Vocational Training], Bureau of Social Security) wherefrom several proposals emerged for changing and simplifying existing statutes and procedures.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
